There is what happens when you dont follow the rules, I'm not sure what you did but you did something!
 
Your access has been limited to:

You can start dicussions and comment on dicussions only in the category "The Bilge"
You can see who is online and send private messages
You can only view dicussions that are in "The Bilge" category

So maybe you can regain access by asking nicely or begging!
or just creating a new user....
